What we collect

• Inquiry details — your name, email, and what you write to us, sent via our inquiry form (relayed by FormSubmit.co) or by email to our studio inbox.
• Project materials — the photos, video clips, and voice recordings you choose to share for a commissioned film.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Before that choice, no Google Analytics script is requested. If enabled, we measure page views and a small set of interactions: family or professional entry clicks, language changes, email clicks, and inquiry-form start or submit events. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, memorial details, or project materials to analytics.

Your choice is stored in your browser under voice_legacy_analytics_consent. We do not use advertising pixels or ad-personalization storage. You can review or change your analytics choice at any time.

How project materials are handled

• Voice processing runs on local machines in our studio; materials are never used to train third-party AI models.
• Editors working on your film do so under confidentiality and deletion obligations.
• Within 30 days of delivery, source materials and any voice model are deleted and we confirm the deletion in writing — unless you ask us to archive them.
• Any close family member may request earlier deletion at any time, no reason needed: [email protected].

Who else touches your data

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and routes our email.
• FormSubmit.co — relays inquiry-form submissions to our inbox.
• PayPal — processes payments; we never see your card details.
• Google Analytics — receives limited site-usage events only after you allow analytics.

We never sell or share your information with anyone else, and we never use a family's materials for marketing without separate written permission.
