1. What you're commissioning
A one-time, custom memorial film produced from materials you provide — with optional AI-animated sequences and voice recreation. This is a bounded creative service: we do not provide chatbots, avatars, or any ongoing interactive product.
2. How ordering works
- Inquiry & assessment — we review your materials and tell you honestly what's achievable before any payment.
- Consent confirmation — production begins only after the family consent confirmation described in our Consent & Ethics policy.
- Deposit — a US$99 deposit starts material preparation. For Voice Farewell projects, you then receive a 15-second voice preview.
- Preview approval — if the preview doesn't sound like them, the project ends and your deposit is refunded in full.
- Balance & delivery — the balance is due on preview approval; the finished film is delivered digitally within the stated timeframe, with one round of revisions included.
3. Timelines
Stated delivery windows (48/72 hours) run from the moment we confirm your materials are complete and consent is confirmed. If we miss a confirmed service date through our own fault, you receive a full refund.
4. Revisions & refunds
- One revision round is included; additional rounds are quoted separately (typically US$79 each).
- Voice preview not approved → full refund of everything paid.
- Materials assessed as unusable before production → full refund.
- After final delivery and acceptance, fees are non-refundable.
5. Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to share the materials you provide, and that the family consents to the project.
- If any close family member objects at any point, we stop; fees are settled pro-rata to work completed.
6. Licensing & permitted use
The finished film is licensed for the memorial service and private family keeping. Commercial, political, or public distribution use is not permitted. Every film is labeled as containing AI-generated content. We retain no rights to use your materials or the film for any purpose, including marketing, without separate written permission.
7. Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.
